Hello,

What program out there does the best job of updating the databases?

Experienced editors eventually end up working in the Access-based editor aka Reimer editor. For one-off changes the in-game editor would be the way to go.

I am pretty good with MS access, but I have no idea of the file format for what the came uses.
I have looked around for a good MS Access editor, but many of the sites are now shut down.
Any suggestions?
