one minor bug and two big exploits

Bug: whenever you leave the strategic map, go to the main menu, and return to the strategic map the green "you have mail" icon is lit again, despite there being no new mail.

Possible exploit: your mercs will repair items while in the jeep in transit between locations. Just be sure not to look at them while you are still moving, else you'll get the dreaded squad vanishing bug.

Major exploit: set your mercs to repair stuff. Save the game. Load any other save, and then reload your most recent save. Your mercs will have done 1 hours worth of repairs. Wash, rinse, repeat until everything is fixed. Takes zero game time. This only works for repairs. It does not work at all for healing or training. I kinda don't mind this exploit because it serves to balance out the ridiculous degradation rate of weapons attachments. My collimator, slide, and silencer all drop to below 50% after each combat (after starting at 100%). Sheesh. At least laser sights are easy/quick to repair, but the other attachments aren't.


Was this game beta tested? Because these problems are OBVIOUS.
