A Harpoon Commander's Edition (HCE) scenario for the original NACV Battleset.

Ralf describes this as a basic tutorial scenario. It pits submarine versus submarine in the Norwegian Sea. This scenario was originally crafted by DeGoey in his famous "Harpoon Battlebook" back in 1991. The idea stems from Michael Palmer´s "The War That Never Was".

It can be played from either the Blue or Red side, and doesn't require a user created database.
