STUN 3.2

Post by elcidce »

Has anyone bought stun 3.2? I bought the upgrade and the game has some new gameplay revisions. The graphics have been tweaked some also. I am enjoying the new version. I had stopped playing my copy of STUN DG. One of the new changes are the need to explore planets at the beginning of each age, Colonization has been reworked too. I would recommend it if STUN DG has gotten old. I am enjoying STUN 3.2 alot. It is a small download and only $25 at the apezone.com. Anyone else still read these mesages?

I'm still trying to figure out the difference between STUN and SUDG. Since lately I probably frequent the Matrix Forums as much as anyone... I'd figure If I don't know then surely no one else here does either.

Yeah,I updated it awhile back.Had to get a new ID and everything. The upgrade was free but kind of a weird process.
Anyrate it inspired me enough to go ahead and buy the Matrix version of it too.

I don't think having both is necessary - one is an updated version of the other. SUDG is the older version, but probably has slightly more spiffy graphics. STUN3.2 is the latest version, and has several improvements in gameplay. I missed SUDG when it was in the stores, but I bought STUN3.2 and love it.

STUN 3.5 vs SUDG?

Post by gsol69 »

I just purchased STUN v3, and am comparing it too SUDG (2002 release). Graphically, SUDG appears superior from what I have been able to find comparing screen shots of that 2002 release to the 2005 release of STUN V3. Also, STUN V3 only occupies 50 meg of HD space, whereas SUDG requirements indicate 300 meg is needed. I would be willing to purchase SUDG (looks like physical shipment only) if the graphics (and possibly sound) are that much better. I realize, size doesn't necessarily matter, but am curious why the older version would occupy 6 times more space, unless the multi-media portion was a lot richer.

Anyone have any further comments on comparison between SUDG (2002 - 300 meg) & STUN V3 (2005 - 50 meg). Any help woud be apppreciated.

Thanks
