SUDG: Colonization Problem

Hi

I have this issue, i have the starships unlimited divided galaxies and in the past i played it a lot and without problems, but now i want to play it again, im having a problem with colonization, i have updated it with various patches and still nothing. Even i searched through the forums and nothing.

Now my problem is that, i research the colony pods, then i cannot find them in the planetary production, also the ship mission selection doesn't show the colony option, nor i cannot produce any kind of colonization possibilities. Even i cheated to create the instant colony artifact and the same problem, it doesn't show highlighted.

Im i missing something or somehow the program got busted?
