Running on Win 7 64 here, no problems so far.

In any games that might have problems common fix is to make sure game is running as admin and also go to compatibility tab and in the properties of either the game exe or shortcut and disable themes and desktop composition. I do that automatically for just about all games now because those are the common reasons why a game won't run on Vista or Win7, no matter if it's 64bit or 32bit. Aeor can cause issues for quite  afew games so disabling themes and dektop composition turns it off when the game runs and turns it back on when you exit the game.

The game runs smoothly without any problems on my vista64.
