Epic Exp Mod Plus Costly Ships

For those wanting costly ships in addition to the Epic Experience Mod, here it is. Same instructions as with the Epic Experience Mod, just a different name.

I recommend the revision posted in another thread, Epic Exp Mod with military/ship cost x 5. It fixes problems in this mod, and offers a more proportional increase in costs.
