Da Orks and WH 40,000

Are they compatible and is it possible to make mods with data from both games? If one owns them both of course. Would there be a copyright problem if the Titan Legion from WH 40,000 gets a captured Great Gargant unit from Da Orks? If not, will there be updates for WH 40,000 or a ''good guys'' version for Da Orks?

The standard ''greenhead'' Gargants are very much useless because of their poor vision, slow speed and short range weapons but the new Great Gargant could be an addition to the Space Marine force that captures ruins and other locations Titans cannot enter. If Orks use captured human equipment can humans do the same? Or maybe even rearm one with the Quake cannon since the Warlords do not exist even as prototypes?
