logos and video options

I was wondering If i bought this game would I be able to upload my own custom logos? And also how can you record something on this game and post it on youtube? Can you record an entire game or something?

logos, yes.  check out http://www.maxmykal.com/ for lots of downloads of uniforms, stadiums, playbooks and such.  the forum on that website is actually the main forum used by most of MFB players. 
 
video, yes.  i am not sure what program you would use, but people have done it.

Fraps is a decent program to have, for screenshots and making vids. I think it's still around $20(US), maybe.
