Backs and receivers in pass blocking

I forget if this was mentioned in the old forums since it's been so long since I had looked at them, but this is regarding running backs/TE's/H-backs in pass protection. Does the PDS allow for 6 man, 7 man, and max protection where the eligible receivers can pass block or check for dogs/flowdogs/blitzes, then a logic can be added for them to go on a check down route (such as a curl or a flat) if there is no blitz coming? I have posted an illustration of my question below.
