Yellowknife Suit up for the New Era

With the SaberCats leaving amatuer football behind them
and entering the Pro leagues as an expansion team in the MBCFL
the Franchise Directors unveiled plans for new team uniforms
to bring the SaberCats into the new era

Tenderd designs have been selected and manufactoring of the home uniform is well underway
a spokes person from the local branch of Mykal Designs said today
Design work on the away uniform was still under going completion
but he was hopeful that the new uniforms would be ready and on sale in stores over the next few days.

What do you do to display uniforms like that, because both those uniforms and the presentation makes them look awesome.

I use the player veiwer to display the uniform (you can also put in the skin textures if you wish)
then I tube the image to get rid of the background
and leave myself with just the player on a transparent background

the backgrounds I use for display, I make myself from scratch
that one is actually a desktop wallpaper I made myself which I have permanantly on my desktop

how I make backgrounds and wallpapers would take far too long to explain
but lets just say
a lot of years experience (not saying how many[:'(]) and a lot of money spent on graphics programs

Just for everyone elses benefit the old design was Redwolf's Lions Uniform
which I played with and then converted for my SaberCats [;)]

A spokes person from the SaberCats today uncovered the newly Designed SaberCats Jersey's
the New Official Replica Jersey's will made available to SaberCat fan's immidiately following the MBCFL Grey Cup
so all SaberCat fans can suit up ready for the start of the SaberCats 2nd campagne in the MBCFL.




Youll have to excuse the snow - its cold in Yellowknife [:D][:D][:D]
for those that dont spot it, the upper black portion of the jersey
now has a slight curve to it, rather than being straight across.

not releasing it yet though, its not that long since I brought the SaberCats into the New Era
dont want the fans complaining about having to buy 2 jerseys per season [;)]
