Dialup customer needs 1.51 Patch

Is there any way to order the 1.51 patch by mail instead of purchasing the game a second time. I'm on dialup and don't have any immediate access to a high-speed connection.

I guess the only option is someone nice to mail it to you. What state are you in?

If you bought another copy of the game would it even be v1.51 or would it be v1.00 leaving you to download the patches anyway?  If it is v1.51 I'd probably order it just to have the last offical release on disk just to save the hassle of downloading the patch if something should happen to my computer.

Fluffone, in the past when I've faced that sort of problem, I've downloaded the patch elsewhere and burned it to a disk. Surely somebody you know has a high-speed connection and a burner? I hope?
