No fireworks with CE5

I ran the CE5 update on my XP SP2 machine. The option to display the fireworks is checked, but still no fireworks. What am I doing wrong?

Same here, no sound FX, no fireworks. Tried with box checked and unchecked.

What operating system are you guys using?

Can anyone else confirm that they are actually getting fireworks? They are working fine on all my test machines.

No Fireworks or sound fx for me either.  Using Vista.

I'm running 2 different associations on 2 different PCs. One's running Windows Vista Premium and the other is running Windows 2000; both are using PSB 2007 CE 5.

I was never a fan of the fireworks so I was actually glad they went away. However, for testing purposes, I've switched on the fireworks and then managed about 15 games per PC. There were numerous home runs hit during those games but fireworks didn't appear on either rig.
