Starting at 8-4,the members of the Atlanta Braves vow success in 77.
Their starting pitching consists of Phil Niekro(who will hold his own no doubt),Dick Ruthven-unproven,Andy Messersmith-dl already, and 2 other unknowns Frank Lacorte and Bob Johnson.
Flying in the face of reality comes the DWB, Darrell Chaney, Rod Gilbreath,Jeff Burroughs,2 rookies Dale Murphy(a mormon with 7 children at age 20,definitely out of character here),and Randall L Cole a newly signed speedster with good potential both at the plate and at 3rd base.
With a solid bullpen and some timely hitting thus far the DWBs share a a tie for first place in the NL West.Their story will begin here.......
