2 almanac errors

I'm using v1.1 of PureSim 2007, and have almanac errors, such as;

1) Pitchers are being credited with double the amount of games. For example, a starting pitcher on my team started 34 games is credited with 68 games in the almanac.

2) A player received a career ending injury in season 2, but his season 2 stats were not recorded on his player stats page. It was recorded on the team stats page for season 2. His player stats only have his season 1 stats for his career.

Can anyone confirm these problems? If not, I will start another career.
