Can't get it to work

I downloaded the game and applied for a trial period.
I got the user name and password (from playnet)
I'm never ablet to log in, the game works off line but I can't log in. I'm always sent to the error login page.
I've asked for a new password, but it still doesn't work.

I cannot post on the official forum because registrations are closed.
If I try the Playnet support they tell me I'm not register hence cannot get a ticket!!! [:@]

Anybody can help me out? I don't know what to do next.

Btw: I tried on two different PCs and 2 different installs and I disabled the firewall (just in case).
