so after spending an untold amount of time trying to get this to run I give up.

the automatic patcher doesnt recognize the version I have downloaded. And wont install.

I tried to manually patch it to at least get it to a version that it might possible recognize and after a great deal of time I got it to patch it.

On the 2nd go round...same crap...doesnt recognize the version.

I believe I'd like my money back.

I'm very sorry for the frustration this put you through. After seeing your post, we contacted PlayNet. No one on their end ever notified us that the installer version we had (which did work fine at release and apparently up until quite recently) was now out of date. That's pretty frustrating for us as well, as we're sure you are not the only customer that must have been affected by this, just the only one to post and let us know.

We are due to receive a new installer from PlayNet on Monday, which we will make available to customers who downloaded the older version. I'll post more as soon as we have the new installer.
