Kinko's manual for GGWAW

Where is the Kinko's manual for GGWAW? I went to their site linked from your's and their isn't an option for it yet.When will this be available?

Kinkos now lets you upload teh file yourself so there is no need to have the file uploaded by us.

GO to kinkos website and click on "online printing".

I went to Kinko's, downloaded the software (which installs a kinko's printer driver, too), and printed the manual from Adobe Reader.

Printing in black and white and using binding cost $13.00. This was not a bad deal, especially if you pick up your order at a Kinko's store.

I tried overnight shipping and the cost for that was... $63! That's nuts.

Anyhow, getting the manual printed and bound is not hard. Myself, I decided not to do it quite yet. I just wanted to see how it worked and what it would cost.
