I think I know why the game is crashing

In another post I explained I was having crashes ever since updating to 1.201. The same exact thing happened on a completly different computer with the same exact error, so I don't think the problem is on my end.

I believe it has something to do with combat animations, every time I got a crash it would happen just before the combat animations came on. After turning off the animations the game ran fine, this recently just happened during a phem game on a totally different computer and this could explain why some people are not experiencing any problems. I do have to mention that when it does happen its after playing for a number hours and it seems to be random.

As I said in my last post version 1.040 always ran perfect for me, I didn't run into any problems until 1.201. Could this be a new bug in the game? There are a few other people on the forums also claiming to have problems and I'm assuming they are playing with combat animations turned on also.

I know combat animation does look stupid but I use it to watch the die rolls, it also reminds of the Axis and Allies board game when the attacker and defender would place their units on the battle board.
