Upgrading 1.2 to 1.201 midgame

Is it ok to upgrade 1.2 to 1.201 midgame? If so, will the dreaded transport take back bug still be fixed

I don't know for sure, but usually upgrading mid-game is ok. The transport bug should be fixed, at least when you start a new turn.
