Its nearly impossible to invade france or spain amphibiously, all the germans need is a soldier and a couple artillery and you'll never succeed. Portugal or sinai peninsula are the best options right? Let alone all the japanese islands in the pacific

How come you cant move WA or Russian armies across China's territory, arent they all allies? Not even tactical movements, they're all illegal.

Use your airforce and ships to destroy the enemy artillery and then you can amphibiously invade. You cannot move through areas controlled by "allies". Russia, China and the Western Allies were not looking to allow large forces from other allies into their countries.
