I propose if a bunch of modders come together as a team, they can get help with projects faster have beta testers and input of other members on tap for fast action.

Any comments or suggestions for a forming of such a team?

I had an idea for everyone being in touch on things like msn/aol/yahoo and mainly people work on their own projects but they help others people in the team if they are stuck, beta test them together (would be good espoecially when ip patch comes out) and other such measures. Even might do group mods and find out who is best in what area to speed things up and make them look neat.

I'm new to the forums but I've been looking over the game and making my own changes here and there...

Lately I have been trying to find the ambition to finish the graphics on my new Russian borders but keep putting it off. I know it would take me hours to get them just right since them border lines are very long compared to the short ones it did for Afghan. Are any of you guys a graphics expert? I'm sure if you were you'd know faster ways to make them.

I wouldn't say I am an expert, but I am very handy with photoshop and working with graphics.

Well would you like to try doing one of the Soviet Far East borders I need done? If you'd like to give it a try just download my mod and install WAW in a separate directory as I explain in the readme. In this way you can run the game and check out your graphics in the real play environment. If they turn out close to the stock Russian borders then send the tga files by email to me. I'd really appreciate it.
