New regions and AI

One question, please : Does a scenario with new created regions work correctly with AI (solo game) ? (I want to add Balears (Spain), some missing South america states, other islands : Rhodes(It), Bermuds,etc... and some european regions in France, Italy, Germany,etc... with Gimp2, and to modify some data files about regions.

I use only "CUSTOM BATTLE" like "turn per turn" wargame : it's work fine

I don't remember for sure. I don't think the AI will play as well, but it probably will deal with the regions to some extent. Since they won't be on the computer's target lists, it would have to rely on generic AI to deal with them, and that's not going to be too good. Lebatron can probably answer this better than I can, but mods with new map areas probably should be assumed to be for human play only.
