Do 5 person games qualify?

A Ladder is a means to track your success agaisnt a pool of opponents over time. You get points for each game you play, and the better you do, the more points you get! Can you climb the ladder to the TOP? How long can you stay there?

Sure, if someone is willing to play China only - and the others dont mind the extra delay in the game - then I dont see a problem.

Why anyone would want to is beyond me - but thats not for me to judge :)

Well I'm just saying since that's 3 v 2, even if 1 of the 3 IS china :P

of course im not saying that CHN can be a standalone superpower, and invade tokyo. but CHN, if takes lightly by JP and with allied's LL, can be a real threat to JP's colonies in CHN, esp after US's DOW. [:-]

but i agree with Jan that the addtional delay btn turns will make the game really slow.

I don't really think there's any problem with five player games.

Sure it may take a little longer cos you have to wait for the China player to take his turn and then send the file on to WA player, but I find that all turns as China go by relatively quick anyhow.

Plus China is a good separate side to play as if you don't wanna use the 'overpowered' WA or Soviet Union.

So does anybody want a 4/5 player game? :D
