Main display colors go weird in 1.41

On the main star map that shows the star system names, sometimes the names of the systems changes to several colors at once and becomes totally unreadable. It is only the star names that do this.

My video cards are dual NVIDIA 6800's on a Dell XPS-600.

Wow, almost 3 weeks and nothing! I went to Matrix 3 weeks ago and saw that Reach For The Stars was a major update, new release and it was blah blah blah... so I bought it. I have purchased over 10 games from Matrix and I have been very happy with all. Until now support was fine too. What the heck has happened?! Is anyone supporting this new major update?! I have posted 3 problems and not one has been answered.

I'm mad. Real mad. I'm not buying anymore from Matrix until I get an answer to at least one of my posts from a Matrix employee.

Unfortunately, we sometimes miss messages on the forum. While our staff browses the forum and usually the developers do as well, it's easy for things to slip through, though I'm surprised none of us noticed these issues until now. Your best bet is always to e-mail support@matrixgames.com to make sure it gets our attention.

FYI, Reach For the Stars was not re-released three weeks ago, I'm not sure where that was posted. It was actually re-released in May, 2005.

Regarding this issue, I'm not sure what's causing it - have you tried adjusting driver settings or using a different driver revision to see if it makes a difference? I have a nVidia 6800 here so I will try to duplicate.

On March 4th I went to Matrix main page and there was the regular big ad at the top that said RFTS had been re-released that same Saturday the 4th. I bought it. I have been back many many times and I have never seen that main page ad since. I wondered what had happened myself. In several places I also saw that 3-4-2006 RFTS had been re-released as a major fix from the 2000 version. However, now I don't find it anywhere as I have spent lots of time looking for it. Why did I see this ad on 3-4-2006 if it had been released in May of 2005?

The ads rotate, but I've never seen an ad that stated that it was re-released on March 4th, 2006. No such ad exists or did exist that I'm aware of. The game page states a May, 2005 release and the main RFTS forum notes that v1.41 was also released in May, 2005. We regularly rotate ads for our games on the main site but I'm not aware of any dates on them.
