Opening Movies

Is it possible to turn off the Matrix, Black Hammer, and Opening cinematic movies and just get right to the main menu when I launch the program? If this isn't possible, any chance of seeing this in a patch? I know I can just click through them all, but it would be nice to not have to do this.

Hi again Serian,

If you delete all of the .avi and .mpg files in your media directory, the movies will not play. But it won't make the game load much faster, since the game loads while you watch those movies.

Thanks for answering this question. It would still be nice to be able to disable them via options instead of removing/renaming the files.

Technically they should be kept intact for copyright (and possibly other legal) reasons, so we can't officially support shutting them off. But glad I could be of service.
