How to Buy?

I live in the UK and want to buy this game. I want a physical shipment not a downloaded version even if it takes longer but there seems to be no options available, is this possible?

I believe it will be released as a boxed game by Paradox. But that's only what I heard. At present, Paradox only has a link to GamersGate for a DD version

why not?
 
seems pretty lame to me that there is a demand but none is willing to supply to the UK.  Is there any reason for this or is this the way Matrix operates?

We'd like to sell it to you, but we're not allowed to in this case. All of our other releases are available globally and in fact we have a warehouse in the UK for shipments to Europe.
