Video card support

Attached is my information about my video card. Everytime I play the game, the first 30 sec come in fine. After that I see boxes and everything comes un playable. You can not see anything that is going on with the game. Then I get kicked out and the message reads " VPU Recover has reset your graphic driver commands.". If anyone could help me out with this problem that would be a great help. Thanks
