Map editor

A brand new campaign-based 3D tactical engine covering combat in World War II, from the developers at Koios Works. The first operation covered is the famous "Wintergewitter" or Winter Storm, a desperate attempt by Hoth's 57th Panzer Korps to break through to the encircled 6th Armee at Stalingrad and the Soviet counter-attack by 2nd Guards Army that drove them back.

Game info says Game editor Open. What do they mean by that. Is there a "Map Editor?[:'(]

Hi,

Not in this release according to the FAQ tread.
Now, we WANT to do a full set of editing tools that would allow players to make their own maps and so on, but we won't be doing that for the initial release. This is intended to be a series and we will be looking at the sales of the first title with great interest. If the sales meet our expectations, we will be happy to build full editing tools and a lot of other stuff as the series continues on other WWII campaign

But it looks like it will show up :)

No map editor, but apart from the map all the rest of the data is open, allowing scenarios, campaigns, units and weapons to be tweaked, as well as all art assets.
