Panzer Command June Movie!

A brand new campaign-based 3D tactical engine covering combat in World War II, from the developers at Koios Works. The first operation covered is the famous "Wintergewitter" or Winter Storm, a desperate attempt by Hoth's 57th Panzer Korps to break through to the encircled 6th Armee at Stalingrad and the Soviet counter-attack by 2nd Guards Army that drove them back.

Panzer Command June Movie!

Hi everyone,

Here's a new movie, around 11 Mb in size and shows scenes from one of the Soviet counterattack battles, including an air strike with rockets.

seems significant advances in graphic content from the previous movie - but really - 40% of the movie was logos and promo info SPAM.

Are those snowmobiles that I see? [:D] I can't recall seeing any screenshots of the campaign mode.

Why can I never play the movies you post but when the same movies appear elsewhere (such as gaming sites) they work fine?  Wvery confusing...

Probably because of your browser setup. Right click on the link and download to disk.

It's ftp so it doesn't have a MIME type sent with it like most other download sites (which use HTTP) do.

I tried to view the movie and I keep getting the following error:

Windows Media Player cannot play the file because the specified protocol is not supported. If you typed a URL in the Open URL dialog box, try using a different transport protocol (for example, "http:" or "rtsp:").

Don't know why I am getting it...
Why, you may take the most gallant sailor, the most intrepid airman or the most audacious soldier, put them at a table together - what do you get? The sum of their fears - Winston Churchill

As mentioned, it is ftp.

Download first, then play from harddrive.

You would think Mickeysoft would plug the media playah into a general purpose networking library? Oh well...

Try right clicking on the link and "Save Target As" to wherever you want it, then open it there once it has downloaded. Oddly enough, clicking directly on it from IE works find for me, I must have something installed that you don't.

I just played this movie and one of the other June movie and they are great. I like the one with the clips of the real german panzers on the move. That really brings this game to home and makes see that you have to work at winning the battle.

Great Job guys on the movie and the game.
