New Panther Website

Command Ops: Battles From The Bulge takes the highly acclaimed Airborne Assault engine back to the West Front for the crucial engagements during the Ardennes Offensive. Test your command skills in the fiery crucible of Airborne Assault’s “pausable continuous time” uber-realistic game engine. It's up to you to develop the strategy, issue the orders, set the pace, and try to win the laurels of victory in the cold, shadowy Ardennes.
Command Ops: Highway to the Reich brings us to the setting of one of the most epic and controversial battles of World War II: Operation Market-Garden, covering every major engagement along Hell’s Highway, from the surprise capture of Joe’s Bridge by the Irish Guards a week before the offensive to the final battles on “The Island” south of Arnhem.

New Panther Website

Post by Arjuna »

Friends,

As you know, we're working full steam ahead to finish and release a new patch, and we are also laying the groundwork for the forthcoming Command Ops 2 game engine.

But there's another thing we are working on as well: we're building a new website which we plan to launch very soon. We would really like to make it more centred around the gamers community and feature some great materials you have been writing.

At start, we would like to post some AARs or any other fine content you'd like to submit for publishing. So, if you want to send us materials, links, documents, videos for our consideration, please send them to panthergames.commandops@gmail.com.

When we publish it, we will of course put the author's name. Also, if it has already been published somewhere, we don't require any kind of exclusivity or copyright (which you can retain), and we will of course mention and put the link to your original blog or webpage at the beginning of the page.

Thank you.

The website sounds great Dave[:)]

You are welcome to any of my stuff you think is worthy of inclusion.

I probably have terabytes of images and stuff I have posted on this forum over the last few years though, and the thought of having to email it all to you is not an attractive one [:'(]
Would it be possible for you to collect the bits you like from here, and just post it on your new site?

I have read some great AAR's in the AAR Forum, that very much inspired me to do my own, but my favourite was the Multi player AAR by Peter (Pheonix) and Yakstock.

Peter might not be so keen to have it re-posted though seeing as how he got his a*** kicked, by Yakstock, who I likened to Rommel, and I think that was a fair comparison [;)]

Would make a great contribution to your new site, if they give their permission for it to be re-posted [;)]

Yes Daz, you're right, those are legendary AARs.
If Phoenix and Yakstock allow us to, we'd be honoured to be able to publish them on the new Web site.

Also Daz, thank you for your offer (we WILL plunder your blog for the new website!) and for the great stuff you've been doing and writing. Quite besides helping to popularise Command Ops, they are just great readings.
