Unable to issue orders

Using patch 4.?.263 I can't issue any orders to any units.
Using patch 4.6.270 I can't issue any orders to any units.

I can press 'm' or 'a' and so on, to produce a little yellow arrow but when I left click on the map nothing happens. But earlier today I could play without problems. It doesn't matter which scenario, orders or side I choose.

Have: Socks. Deodorant. £2 gloves. Mince pies.
Want: Line formation banned until I give a specific order to use line formation. Troops that don't take lie-ins until 0800 unless ordered to never rest.

Just downloaded your attachment and fired up the scenario.
Issuing orders is working fine for me.

You are playing as Allies right, and not trying to issue orders to Axis units by mistake?
It can happen [;)]

Oh I'm such an idiot sometimes. Accidentally unchecked the 'show tasks' button. Please delete mods.
