NOT ABLE TO LOAD ON NEW COMPUTER (WIN 8)

I presume this game is compatible with WIN 8? I DL into the Matrix folder, several attempts. Each time I receive an error mode after a completed install (Install error message "NOT CORRECTLY INSTALLED). Brand new HP higher end lap top.

Also I cannot uninstall and re install bc the app is not showing up in control panel.

Could this be why, in matrixgames: MY GAMES FOLDER it is only showing up as an update:

I have Windows 8.1 and it works flawlessly, it should work for you too. I am playing the game with no compatibility mode nor issues at all.

I am sure some people here could help you in solving the problem. Good luck!
