Re-downloading problem

I have got a new laptop and wish to re-download my matrix games. Came to download CotA but unable to do so as there is no button to press. Does the ability to re-download end after a certain amount of time or am I doing something wrong. Purchased game in 2006.

Hi,

AFAIK Digital River limits you to 30 days (maybe 60) for downloads commencing the day of purchase. You can buy an extended download capability at the time of original purchase that is good for 2 years from that date. I think you're probably screwed. [:(]
Maybe you could contact them (or Erik Rutins) to see if they would bend a little providing you still have all your original order numbers etc. It can't hurt to ask, right??
