Using Terrain Mods

Post by RobertH »

Im trying try out the Terrain Mods like "Hi-Vis". I noticed they get extracted into sub folders with the default terrain map. How do I use the mods, replace the default or is there a way using switches?

Sorry, Im sure this has been answered before but I could not find it.

Hi RobertH,

Welcome to the forum!

Check out page 31 of the mapmaker manual in the documents folder. And please don't take this as a RTFM response. Rather, the explanation in the docs is better than I can likely muster. [:)]

You're very much welcome.

BTW, your post inspired me to try a different graphics set with my Anzio map.

I selected the "colored paper" mod in mapmaker and it looks a lot better:
