? What happened to Battlefront? When GIC was coming out that was all people would talk about outside of GIC on the the GIC forums. But now I see Airborne Assult moved to Matrix, so what happened to battlefront?

(I've been too busy until recently to follow all this closely)

I see.

So before moderators close the thread, here are the latest news :

Battlefront.com is doing fine with the latest installment of Combat Mission : Barbarrossa to Berlin. They hired another graphic artist and they plan to release a new Combat Mission : Afrika Korps (covering all the Med theatre of WWII) in December.
No need to worry about them, I think.

Moving to Matrix Games seem to be the last tendance. That's what happenned to the makers of GIC, who happen to hang over here as well. They just had to rename their game Squad Assault.
A trademark problem, I assume ...

You should check the front page of The Wargamer more often.

Cheers,

JeF.

Just started to look around at wargaming again. Got some mail from an old acquaintance of mine involved in game design. Turns out he's opened a new company called Lost Battalion Games

They only have one game so far (a card game of all things), but there will be more he says.

For those who figure out who's behind it, the answer to your first question is: YES and the answer to your second questions is I have no idea I know there are likely all of two you left out there besides me, but I just had to answer now as I do find the time to come around to forums difficult to come by these days.
