HttR Ambient Music

Hello all here at HttR Forums, my first post here, quite extordinary since I have owned this sim since 2004!
I have always had a place in my PC-Heart for this one (the incredible and still cutting edge) great title. Still, the best kept secret so far by Matrix and Panther Games, I could never hype HttR enough...
One question/one problem. Is there a soundtrack for the actual sim-play? The game intro menus have music, and it is a nice ambient feel. but then, when you get to the actual playing field itself, the "ambience" is gone. I love the gameplay, but just something low in the background, which leads me to two questions.
There is a MP3 file in the MENUSOUND folder named THEME, and the three others are .wma menu fillers. First off, is there a folder to play real-time song/music loops, or is there a CotA mod to access the music? Personally, I simply run a mp3 or .wma in the background, but is there an actual design which provides a music soundtrack?
