Just had the luckiest single shot I have ever taken <img src="smile.gif" border="0"> It happened against Ducados. He had my Thug (LL,NB,TB,2NM7s) against a stock Lich. Had 15 pts of LO left and was running for my life when his pilot died. It seems that the one head hit that I got with an AC12 not only did 70pts to his pilot but also started him bleeding and his life3 never stopped it. Ghod I like being to lucky to live <img src="smile.gif" border="0">
First victory against Lyhrrus, it was hard for me to climb up those big mountain, but when i got there with my support titan, i just had to fire all my UM one round after another. He didn.t find a place to hide, although his AC20 almost rip my leg off.

Played my first match with Ducados today. He got a Stonewall, I got a Rifleman. We exchanged a lot of fire as we closed in, but he had a better spot, I kept missing. Fortunately, his only weapons were a pair of AC7s and a pair of MGs. He kept hitting my LoT, though, and I was getting worried after he damaged the gyro. When I finally got his CT yellow, I knew it was my only real chance. My Lot was down to 9 internal, so I dodged to keep him from calling shots to it, but the gyro hit caused me to fail the check. He didn't hit it when I was down, though, and when I got up, a GC to his CT turned it red and knocked him down. I must've caught a gyro with it, too, because he failed three stand checks in a row. The next to GC shots were called to his CT, taking it out. Thanks for the game, it had me worried.

Jukka fought as best he could, but the stars just weren't in his favor. I have to say all the luck I didn't have against Hetzer kicked in against Jukka.
First battle, heavies with champions in classic mode. He drew a refitted Frost Giant while I got my Metal Bear. (Twin AC12s, twin SRM8s, twin saws). He closed range and started tagging me left and right with CLGs, even though I was in dense woods. Finally a couple nice AC12 shots pulped his pilot without taking off the head.
(All battles from here on were on heavies with elite pilots)
Second batte, meson madness. <img src="smile.gif" border="0"> I drew a refitted Mountain Giant while he got a Disruptor. Lucky for me he had not shield and no DCS. First meson shot got his heat reg. Things just went downhill for him from there. His HMG got my swivel actuator while I tagged his LoT gyro. His heat reg soon saw medium and then heavy damage levels while his engine went to medium. An ammo slot hit and explosion rocked his RT for 14 points of damage and soon after his ammo started popping. Best run I've had with a Mt. Giant to date.
Third battle, I drew a Bonecrusher, he got a refitted Predator. I was lucky in that there was decent cover on the way over so that I only ate about a third of his GC shots. By the time I got to within a decent range, my arms were red, and several other parts were yellow. Finally, after blowing him out of the sky, and him staying out in the open, his LL gave out followed by his LA.
Fourth battle, I drew a Virus (3 LRM6s, CLG, LL) while he got a Straight (AC7, PL, LL, GC, PG). I camped on an open hill, letting him charge at me. After wearing him down with all my LRMs, I finally got his RL with a laser shot, and finished off a torso with another laser shot.
We've got a fifth battle going, but I had to go, so we'll finish that one up later and post it then... I'm sure he's drained all my luck now. <img src="frown.gif" border="0">

Just got two victories vs. Hetzer tonight, both at his home
Firt i was riding a Devastator (5 LRM´12 & 2LRM9) and he was on a Marauder (i don´t remember his weaponry, but it had 2 PG´s, and a lot of laser staff). A rain of missiles came over him since the beginning, and he´s just trying to find a place to hide (he didn´t). All ended with his head off his body.

Two victories this evening, although i don´t think first one should count on my side. It was against PC, tiny teams at his home, I got a Katana (3srm8, 2sr4 and 2Pwr.Axs) and a Pest 1 (2ML´s), but he just got an stingray and one "Nameless Titan" , <img src="eek.gif" border="0"> with no armor at all, so he gave me the game after I firts charged to his Nameless... I think he was not very happy with his brother.
Second one against Michael, a weird battle too, I´s riding a MindFlayer (3NB´s & 2LL´s), and he got a "Perfect Titan" (couldn´t scan it),
After a 300 secs. walk without seeing each other, he suddenly appeared 6 hexes away from me, I pursue him until I contact 4 or 5 NB´s. He gave up ´cause his pilot was almost dead (it had only a Life 1). Both titans without any damage... That was a clean game <img src="biggrin.gif" border="0">

After losing the fifth consecutive match against Lyhrrus due to his magnificent luck factor, even my stubborness has hit a dead end for some time. <img src="wink.gif" border="0">
I got to hand it to him.. After taking the attitude 'things can only get better for me', I certainly had some masochist pleasures seeing him destroy my perfect plans time after time. <img src="biggrin.gif" border="0">
First match : After some initial 'scratch the paint' hits, his two consecutive AC12 hits both hit my head, both cause jock damage and BOTH also hit the cockpit for some extra. Even a champion doesn't survive that.
Second match : Both having HMG's (his 4 against my 2), I only manage to do light damage to his LoT swivel actuator, while at the same time, his shots have caused heavy damage to my heat reg, medium on to my engine, light gyro and a few extras here and there. At -0.5C/sec heat reduction and no DCS, no guessing how it'll end.
Third and fourth matches were a bit more balanced, although the terrain certainly seemed to offer him the best possibilities to take advantage of it. Fifth, I nearly made it, but his succeeded stand check after I kicked off his leg (with a 2/2 roll) ruined my day. His next two punches destroyed my CT to make the day a true disaster. But hey, who said that pain isn't actually quite sweet? <img src="biggrin.gif" border="0">

What Jukka said, so that 5th battle was won by my one legged standing punching titan. <img src="biggrin.gif" border="0"> Oh, and the meson one was actually 5 mesons for me against his 2, I refitted the Mt. Giant. <img src="smile.gif" border="0">
Lost a close one against Larkin. I thought I was doomed initially as he had a Blizzard (can we say Tank?) against a Fire Drake in Iceland. The biggest deciding factor was that he could call shots and I couldn't, and after losing my RA, he called my LL off. Almost had him though, as he had heavy engine damage, and light heat reg damage, and 2 internal left on his CT.
Another win against Michael. He drew my Spiked Punch (2 LRM9s, 4 SRM8s, twin NBs) against me drawing my Mammoth (twin LLs, twin flamers, twin AC20s, twin LLs). I first went for his kneecaps while his missiles rained hell on my head and RT. Kneecaps seemed to be more effective as I tripped him several times. He ran into some forests so I relocated myself. He appeared again and continued barraging me with missiles. I banged him with all my weaponry except my flamers, most hitting his RT and turning it red as he was swiveled that way. A short while later an AC20 blew out his RT and he conceded.

Had a great deal of luck against PC tonight. We dueled with lights, I got a Ghost, he got a Water Elemental. (2 NBs, 1 CLG). I thought I was toast, since I had LS 1 and Shield 1, but none of his NB hits did anything to me. I hit him several times, and the very thin armor of the water elemental fell apart fast. He charged me, and I turned his CT red just before he hit me. The impact knocked us both over, with me taking the damage in the LoT, and him in the CT. While on the ground, I fired a ML shot that hit his CT and exploded his engine. Lot of luck, there.

First, his Cronus(GM6, CLG, and a CC weapon that I couldn´t see) vs. my Purgatory (PG, ML, AC4), and I guess there´s where he went to after his ejection, with no LL, and almost losing HD.
Second was even more equal, ´cause both were running on a Medusa (LRM9, AC12, HMG & AC7), I killed his jock mostly with AC7 and HMG HD hits. <img src="biggrin.gif" border="0">

My cronus had a poweraxe <img src="smile.gif" border="0"> it was designed as an all rounder that could lend support to some other titan, its got a pretty good array of electronics and auxillary systems.

PLayed Hetzer in an assault duel. Both designs were his. He was on a Crippler (not a bad design) with me on a Pusher (bad heater) I got lucky when he failed a call move check when I ran under him when he was jumping forward to DfA me. Then he kicked at 90% and missed, knocking him down again. I called his CBT into oblivion, destroying his engine, and claiming victory. He had my head red tho, dastard was calling shots with his Gauss' trying to kill me. Grrr. <img src="cool.gif" border="0">

Got revenge on PC and Ducados wed night. Played a team game them vs me and AI. PC had a green dragonB ducados a thug I was driving a heartbreaker and the AI had a brainburner. Ducados had to leave and we brought in Th15 to replace him. The game ended with both of them ejecting. Brainburner was kinda beat up but I was still green.
