Finally made it out of the Rookie level. I discovered if you target the hex that a Titan is going to walk into the targeting % goes up. This worked better than trying to target the moving Titan. At least it seemed that way.

I don't understand the sliding scale when setting up a battle when it comes to weight. If someone (yeah I know a real busy forum here) wants to chime in on setting up battles I would appreciate it.

I can now move up to the next level Titan. It's funny if I set up a battle with the next level medium Titans it will still take just as long to kill them off with everything being relative in size.

I guess I will continue to back up this jock until I get him to hero status and then recruit a squad unless someone tells me a better way to do it.

Again thanks for a great game. If someone wants to play let me know... (chirp, chirp, crickets in the background)

Targetting the hex won't hurt the titan. It is used to clear a forrest with missiles or light it with a laser. You can also target a hex and lay a smoke screen with autocannons or create steam in a water hex with plasma.

About weight balance : If you select a team with 120t and set Side B to +100% then the enemy will field 240t. If you set Side A to +100% the enemy will just field 60t. Since you are Side A in solitary games the second setting will give you easy battles.
