Death after ejection

Post by Peter Why »

I can't supply autosave for this, as I played beyond the save boundary: in the Rookie campaign, one of my jocks from the supplied team(Commander) ejected in a burning hex (and survived, with injuries). Some time later, the titan exploded, and the jock died in the blast. Is this intentional? (i.e. is an ejected jock assumed to stay near his titan for the duration of the battle?)

Ejected jocks should be safe. I checked my code and found no problem. I do need a savegame.

Vaugely on the same topic... Piliot ejects, takes damage, Lives, but I immediatley get the jock is bleeding pop up, scrared me to death the 1st time it happened, wasn't sure if he was still taking damage after ejecting. He was VERY low on hps. He didn't bleed to death so I assumed he was 'safe' (this is the case isn't it?), but I'd suggest that you stop the bleeding/dizzy, etc from happening during ejection if the jock is truely 'safe', although loss of an ability point probably should remain viable.
