updated database

Here's an update on the original "updated database". 36 titans per weight class, with lots of improvements, most discussed in the Titan Arena subforum.

This version is better that database from Sleeping Dragon?
I see here is less number of titans, but maybe corrected design?

I didn't go gung-ho on adding new designs just for the numbers. [;)]
I tried to add only designs that worked well and were not yet represented in the database, and tried to balanced the occurence of each weapon in each weight class. I also avoided changing *original* designs because of some similarity with a *new* design [:D]
