german supply problems

I have problems with the new supply system.
The germans are in really trouble after some weeks of playing.The low readiness of the tank corps is a problem and it need the op points of 2 or 3 hq´s to "fill up" at least
one tank army.
I would like to know,if any german players won a game.I think this is against a russian
human player nearly impossible.
Please help me ! Any ideas ?

I am currently playing the 41 campaign against a friend of mine. He is the German. I don't see him having a supply problem. Maybe some operational problems that his supply capability can't help him out of though.

There is only one idea I can give you short of playing as the Germans against you. The panzer Korps are not supposed to get into big fights. Their power is in the ability to move swifty to the decisive point and achieve the encirclement and destruction of the opposing force. Decide what the decisive points are, give your pz corps freedom of movement, and then move them there.
