Status on Patch For WIR???

Can anyone advise as to the status of the patch??? Anyway to download the earlier patches. Presently using v 1.0 Does anyone have a site that has v 1.13???

You can find both an official patch (1.10 I think) and an unsupported unofficial patch (by Grigsby) at http://grognard.com/patch.html#d35

I believe that I heard somewhere the Matrix patch/update would be out around the end of August, but I am sure that could change between now and then.
