Display for Race Choices Limited

Editing the Races file to double the number of playable races, I encountered a problem.
The top display of the races only allow selecting 11 in stead of 14. (12, if you count the Random selection)
I see no way to scroll past the last visible race,
Thoughts?

At the moment the races aren't set up to be modded properly at all.

But it'll be addressed once we do the modding pass, it's just that right now the focus is on fixing the bugs with the vanilla experience.
