Hi, are you sure that's the location in the error?

It should be in:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Matrix Games\Stalingrad\

Can you open an File Explorer and see if that directory exists?
And what's in it?

Thanks,
Brian

That's strange.

Does the game start when you click on the start.exe?

have you tried clicking directly the "start" icon in the Stalingrad directory?

One possible cause for this..... it seems you have installed the game to the default location (c drive) then moved it, the launcher will not work because of this, as it's looking for the folder you installed to when using the setup installer and installing the game.

You will also experience issues when an update becomes available as the files aren't where you installed it to originally. So it won't update the fileset correctly. If you installed to c drive then moved it to H: , please avoid doing this as it can cause loads of issues. Instead install to the drive/folder you want using the change option on the installation folder page.

It may be easiest if you uninstall the game and delete all files in the H drive install fodler you chose, then re-install and set the folder destination you want.

If you experience further issues please contact our support team or shoot me a PM and i'm happy to help

I had this installed in my H drive then deleted this and added tot he default with the same result.
Tried again on H with a clean download with again the same issue.

So it's installed on the H: drive but the error says the C: drive?
Can you install it on your C: drive?

Does not matter where I install this; same issue every time.

Hi,

But if you go into the directory and click the start.exe (or start.bat) does it start?

cheers,
