The game will not start and will not give any error messages when starting from the GAME MENU. I went to the directory and clicked it there (not sure why I have to do this) and still nothing. I then clicked "Run as Administrator" and received two error messages:
I'm just a fellow gamer, not associated with the devs at all. However, looking at your screenshot it might be because OneDrive has been set up to sync/backup your documents, which moved the "My Games" directory that this and other games use to store user data. The following link is for a different game, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's a similar problem and solution.

I deleted the entire ONEDRIVE from the PC, re-installed the game, and updated it-same deal.
I just requested a refund. I bought two games and my friend's copy can't even get the installer to work.

I'm also a fellow gamer who had serious installer problems like your friend. Matrix Support suggested I go into Windows Safe Mode and try to reinstall again. Went as smooth as gravity, now installed, updated and playable in Normal Mode.
