Hi Hubert, I will give it a little while longer before I push the panic button, just been patiently waiting for the game release, I have purchased a lot of games over the years so something had to go pear-shaped sometime, fingers crossed it will sort itself out soon.

The problem is not solved for me. I downloaded a +700mg file that will not open. Separately I have not got a confirmation email with the SN either - so still a cock-up here. Hope you guys at Matrix can sort this out soon. Almost midnight here and a work day tomorrow so I am off. Hope it is all working tomorrow morning.

I have full faith in the game Hubert and I am looking forward to playing it over the upcoming weekend.

I didn't get Matrix emails for my purchase either. Eventually they will send them, game is registered that's the important thing.

Finally got the download working, but like some others never received a confirmation email. But the main thing is the game working, now tweaking the editor. I hope everyone gets things all sorted out for them soon.

Apologies for these issues, I've heard back it is now fixed, could you please try downloading again?

Alternatively, I've heard renaming the extension to .exe seems to fix it as well.
