When a unit has a .5 in its' combat stat is it rounded down in combat?

Unless there were something else making it a round 1, e.g. a 0.5 defensive bonus, then it would be rounded to zero.

Thanks for the reply. So, a 2.5 would round to a 2 and a 1.5 would round to a 1. Is that accurate?
