Steam still shows game as running, but not in processes

Steam still shows game as running, but not in processes

Hello

Every time I close my game gracefully by exiting directly from the main menu, steam still shows that it is running. If I press "Stop" in my library, the game then shows "Stopping" but it does not show in my process list via task manager. The only fix I have found is to completely close out of steam.

I have tried restarting my pc as well, that did not solve the issue. This is the only game I have this issue with.

Please advise, thank you.
