Issues with Forced March

There are issues with "Forced March" where it randomly becomes unavailable (for an unknown reason).

I have found that if you select other units until you find one where "Forced March" is available, suddenly it restores "Forced March" for the other units as well.

I will keep that in mind.

It is a very common occurance now. But not entirely sure that when it does happen or if it is repeatable via a save game file.

Here is an example, as it occurs multiple times in a turn now.

1. Select this unit and no Force March is available, even though I know it should be available.

2. I click around on other units until I find one where Force March is available.

3. Then I go back to previous unit and Force March is now available.

It is like the game gets confused on the Force March state of the units.

I cannot reproduce it when I reload a save from either before it happens or after.

It appears the Force March state is not persisted in the save game file.
